What are phystosterols?
Phytosterol Esters are natural substances found in all plants. Phytosterols are bio-chemically similar to cholesterol, but unlike cholesterol, phytosterols are not harmful. When taken with or before a meal, phytosterols will compete with cholesterol for absorption.
