Eden Bifun 100% Rice Noodles are quick cooking, versatile, delicious, and become translucent when cooked.
How Bifun is Made
To ensure their pleasing, unique texture after cooking, a Multi-step process for making them has been developed to reliably produce rice noodles that maintain a distinctive al dente feel. This sets Eden Bifun apart from other rice noodles.
Rice flour is kneaded to make a dough. It is steamed and formed into balls. The steamed dough balls are press extruded into noodles, cut to length, and allowed to set for a short aging process.
After aging, the noodles are steamed again. While still hot, they are rinsed with cold water. They are placed on trays for simple air drying and then packaged.
