Muffin Instructions:


You'll Need:

1 Bag Kodiak Cakes Mix

2 Eggs

1 Cup Milk of Choice

1/3 Cup Oil or Butter, Melted


Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until blended. Divide batter among 12 cups in a lined or greased muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.

Blueberry-Mascarpone Tart


  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs


  • ½ cup mascarpone
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In mixing bowl, use electric mixer to beat butter until softened.
  3. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, until combined.
  5. Add flour and salt until mixture forms into dough ball.
  6. Flatten dough into disk and cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 30 minutes.
  7. Divide dough in half; roll to ¼”-thick round.


  1. In bowl, mix together mascarpone, lemon juice and sugar.
  2. Into center of crust circle, pour mixture evenly; top with blueberries
  3. Fold crust edges around filling to form galette.
  4. Using pastry brush, paint melted butter over crust; sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  5. Arrange tart on baking sheet; bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned
