We developed this in our own greenhouse where we grow new and unique varieties of rice for impeccable taste, quality, nutrition & compatibility with our organic farming practices (instead of reliance on chemicals). Our rice doctor (yep, really!) selected this Regenerative Organic® Red Jasmine Rice for its aromatic lineage, which gives it a super delicious popcorn-like aroma.

Aromatic & Nutty: These honey-hued grains remain separate when cooked and fill the kitchen with an irresistible aroma (some say it smells like popcorn!). Perfect for adding warm color, whole grains, and nutty flavor to everything from Thai curries to tacos.
Grown with earth-preserving practices, our 20+ rice and quinoa varieties are cultivated to maximize the flavor of each tiny grain. Long, short, black, brown, white, red, and blended. Each variety brings something different to the table so you can get creative in the kitchen.
Stovetop Cooking Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 3/4 cup water and 1 cup rice to a boil.
2. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer, and cook for 50 minutes.
3. Remove from heat (keep covered) and steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
Rice Cooker Instructions
To prepare in a rice cooker, use the same liquid to rice ratio. If rice is too firm, at the end of cooking, it may be necessary to add 1-2 Tbsp. liquid and cook longer.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with your choice of skewered meat, bell peppers, and onions.Toss rice with peas and carrots and serve with salmon and a fresh squeeze of lemon.
