The slightly pungent aftertaste unmistakable in the first months of use is courtesy of the high content of phenols and tocopherols, natural antioxidants, beneficial natural properties.

The spray can should be used taking care to hold the nozzle perpendicular to the dish at a distance of 4: - 6: over your dishes, for example grilled meat, bruschetta, and so on, and adjusting finer pressure on the nozzle to deliver just a few drops, or a steady stream or press down fully for a nice, even spray. Best if used at room temperature.

Parmesan & Garlic Roasted Carrots
- 2 lbs. baby carrots (ends chopped, or large carrots (cut to less than 1-inch thick))
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil cooking spray
- Fresh parsley
- 2 oz. shaved parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- On baking sheet with cooking spray, arrange carrots.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender.
- Sprinkle on parmesan and parsley before serving.
