Non-Dairy Pumpkin Spice Latte

It’s become a cultural phenomenon, a delicious seasonal milestone that welcomes autumn. Free of dairy and refined sugar, this better-for-you pumpkin spice latte needs to be at the top of your list of must-tries. It’s quick and easy to make, and wholesome with from-the-earth ingredients like pumpkin puree, maple syrup and macadamia milk. Enjoy the warm embrace of this cozy beverage on repeat all through the season.
Non-Dairy Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (or coconut sugar)
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
- Dash sea salt
- 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup Milkadamia Macadamia Milk (or Sproud Plant-Based Milk)
- 1/2 cup strong-brewed coffee
- Vegan whipped cream (or whipped coconut cream)
- In small pot over medium heat, stir together maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, salt and non-dairy milk. Bring to just below simmer and remove from heat. (Note: Do not bring to boil.)
- Stir in hot coffee. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Pour into mug, top with whipped cream and sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
