Mocha Brownie Waffles

Make these mocha brownie waffles. They hold a scoop of ice cream like a cake topper. And if the sweet stuff starts to melt, just let it pool in the wells of your waffle. Decision – made!
1-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 scoop MRM Veggie Elite Chocolate Mocha Protein Powder
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
Pistachio gelato or ice cream (optional)
- Preheat waffle iron.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add dry flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, sugar and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Coat waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour 1/2 cup batter per waffle into waffle maker. Close and let cook through.
- Once done, remove and place on a cooling rack. Continue until all batter is gone.
- Serve with a scoop of gelato or ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
