Dairy-Free Tzatziki Sauce
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Cool, creamy and bursting with fresh flavor, this dairy-free tzatziki is your new go-to dip, dollop or drizzle! Made with tangy plant-based yogurt, crisp grated cucumber and a pop of bright lemon and dill, it’s a refreshingly light take on the classic Greek sauce. A hint of olive oil adds richness, while salt and pepper round out the flavor. Serve it chilled with warm pita, spoon it over grain bowls or use it as a zesty spread for wraps and sandwiches.

Dairy-Free Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 cup dairy-free yogurt (plain)
- 1/2 cup or 2 small cucumbers (grated, liquid pressed out)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill (minced)
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- Peel cucumber and finely shred over a fine mesh strainer set on a plate, this will allow the liquid to pour out. Press shredded cucumber into mesh strainer to remove excess liquid.
- In a small 2 cup size bowl, stir cucumber into yogurt. Add remaining ingredients to the sauce and stir. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
