Histamine overload can be driven by both allergen-triggered histamine released from mast cells as well as excess histamine from food and drink.
Antihistamines help support blocking histamine from being released by mast cells. The DAO-enzyme in Histamine Complete supports the degradation of histamine released from mast cells in the GI tract as well as the histamine ingested with food and drink.
