Planetary Herbals Calm Child™ is a great tasting blend of the soothing botanicals chamomile, lemon balm and catnip with the nourishing tonifiers hawthorn, jujube, gotu kola and amla. These are combined with other supporting herbs and nutrients to support cam, focused attention in children.
For children 1-5 years old, 1/4 teaspoon, 2-3 times daily. For children over 5 years, 1/2 teaspoon 2-3 times daily. May be mixed with water, juice, or taken directly.
