Bring 6 qts. water to a rapid boil. Add a pinch of salt. Gradually add pasta.
Boil (stirring occasionally). 12–13 minutes = al dente. 14–15 minutes = more tender pasta.
Drain. Do not rinse.
Add cheese sauce. Mix well & serve.
