Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
San-J Organic Shoyu is made with soybeans and wheat. Shoyu is the Japanese name for soy sauce.
Shoyu has a wonderful aroma that heightens flavors. Splash Shoyu on fried rice and stir-fry dishes. Use as a dipping sauce base for sushi and tempura.
Use Shoyu as a table condiment instead of salt. Shoyu has more flavor enhancing properties than salt.
