Collagen Types 1 & 3 delivers pure and natural, hormone-free, soy-free, gluten-free, and non-GMO hydrolyzed collagen for easy mixing and optimal digestion, absorption, and utilization. Type 1 and Type 3 are the main forms of collagen you need to maintain tissues in your body, including skin, hair, nails, bones, connective tissues, organs, blood vessels, and the lining of your digestive system. Collagen production can decrease with age, but Collagen Types 1 & 3 gives you the building blocks required to maintain healthy tissues throughout your body so you don't have to let age determine how old you feel or look.
Recommended Use: Dissolve 1 teaspoon (6.7 g) in a small amount of water or juice. Add an additional 6 - 8 oz of liquid, mix well, and drink on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before meals or as recommended by a nutritionally-informed physician. Avoid taking with any other proteins as they may interfere with collagen absorption.
