Gluten-free bead is a perfect solution for everybody who suffer from celiac disease, gluten allergies or experience gluten intolerances. Product is made without wheat or any other gluten-containing cereal.
This composition of oat flakes, valuable seeds and nuts not only tastes delicious, it also supplies the body with important nutrients and makes you feel full.
Pre-heat over to 430°F. Use a non-stick baking pan. Add 2 cups (500ml) of warm water. Pour this baking mix into the water. Stir with rubber spatula untal a smooth texture. <br>
Let bread rise 15 minutes at room temperature (80-90°F), almost to the top of the bread pan. <br>
Bake for 50 minutes, using oven mitts. Use oven gloves, remove bread from baking pan. Bake 10 more minutes without pan to build the crust. Cool on a cooling rack and enjoy within 2 days.
