To Toast: Spread nuts in single layer on baking sheet. Toast at 350°, stirring occasionally, for10 minutes, or until fragrant.
Add to cookies, brownies, or other baked treats.
Grind in food processor with salt & seasonings for homemade pecan butter.
Sprinkle over yogurt, oatmeal, or fruit salads.
For optimal shelf life, store in a cool, dry place.

Skipping the marshmallows, colorful oranges, grapes and coconut flakes soak in orange juice where they become the sweetest, juiciest versions of themselves. Once you add the pecans, this dish explodes with crunchy, citrusy goodness in every bite.
- 8 navel oranges (peeled, seeds removed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 cup red grapes (halved)
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- Stir together orange pieces and halved grapes. Top with coconut flakes and orange juice.
- Cover; chill several hours.
- To serve, stir in pecans.
