Dipping & All-Purpose Sauce
Fresh roasted peanuts are slowly simmered with coconut milk, herbs and spices to create this savory southern Thai specialty. Serve it Thai-style as a dipping sauce with grilled meats, seafood or vegetables, or toss it with noodles, add it to marinades or use it to dress a bowl of crisp greens for a delicious salad. In a large bowl, combine 1 jar (8 fl. oz.) Thai Kitchen Peanut Satay Sauce, 1 sliced bell pepper, 1 sliced cucumber, 1 grated carrot, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1 tsp. sugar. Mix thoroughly and set aside. Cook 7 oz. of Thai Kitchen Stir-Fry Rice Noodles or your favorite pasta. Drain water from the noodles and immediately toss warm noodles with peanut vegetable mixture to combine. Garnish with cilantro and crushed peanuts. Serves 2 to 4.
Stir well before serving. Refrigerate after opening. Since we do not use preservatives, please enjoy quickly. Product will keep refrigerated only a few days.
