A lemon-infused dressing, humming with Simply Organic oregano and garlic, elevates every forkful, making it an ideal sidekick for any meal or a star all on its own.
White Bean Salad With Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Dill & Feta
- 1 can (13.5 oz.) white beans
- ¼ cup chopped or sliced red onion
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- ½ cup Greek feta cheese
Dressing
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. Frontier Co-Op Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Frontier Co-Op Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Frontier Co-Op Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. sea salt of pink Himalayan salt
- In large bowl, combine beans, onions, tomatoes, dill and feta cheese.
- In small now, whisk together all dressing ingredients until emulsified.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
