Wonderfully fruity, my Red Bean Berry Oatmeal is the dessert-for-breakfast I’ve always craved (and so, therefore, had to make!). Bursting with goji berries, dates, and cherries, this berry-red oatmeal is packed with cleansing antioxidants. I hope it sparks joy, in the way only a favorite dessert can!
Combine 1/3 cup of hot water and 1/3 cup of oatmeal. Stir well and cover for 3-4 minutes.
Microwave (times may vary):
Combine 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 cup of oatmeal in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 45-65 seconds. Stir well and let stand for 1-2 minutes.
Combine 1/3 cup of water or your favorite milk and stir well. Let sit for at least 4 hours (or overnight) in the fridge to allow oats to thicken.
