					Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1 Honeycrisp apple
Instructions
- 
										Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 
										In large bowl, combine olive oil, applesauce, eggs and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- 
										Next, stir in flours, baking soda, salt and remaining spices.
- 
										Grate apple into batter and stir well.
- 
										Prepare bundt pan with cooking spray and pour in cake batter.
- 
										Bake for 25 minutes or until center of cake is cooked through.
- 
										Once cooled, remove from bundt pan and serve.
