Simple Slow Cooker Chicken Stew

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 lb. gold potatoes (chopped)
  • 1 lb. chicken thighs
  • 1 cup fresh green beans (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 2 carrots (chopped into rounds)
  • 2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  1. In crockpot, stir together chicken broth and evaporated milk. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to ensure seasoning is evenly distributed.
  2. Cook on high 4 hours or on low 5-6 hours (Note: Potatoes will be soft.)
  3. Prior to serving, shred cooked chicken in crockpot.
