Turmeric Bone Broth Fried Rice

  • 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein™ Turmeric
  • 2 cups brown rice (cooked)
  • 1 cup frozen carrots and peas (cooked)
  • ½ white onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  1. In large pan on medium heat, heat avocado oil; add rice, carrots and peas, onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Stir in bone broth protein.
  2. Stir occasionally until onions become translucent (about 8 minutes).
