Le Veneziane corn pasta is ideal for those who enjoy natural, healthy food, or celiac, or are gluten-intolerant. The pasta's rich natural carotenes convey it a characteristic golden yellow color. Also low in fat and cholesterol free.
For best results use about 2-qts water, 1-Tbsp salt for each pound of pasta. Add salt to boiling water. Add pasta, stirring occasionally. Cook 7/8 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place.
