Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) scoop daily. Mix in milk, juice or yogurt. May also be sprinkled on cereal, salad, or incorporated into soups, stews, sauces, gravies or baked goods.

Cranberry-Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookies (Dairy-Free)

Cranberry-Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookies (Dairy-Free)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. pink salt
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 Tbsp. brewer’s yeast
- 2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 1 egg replacer ((or 1 whole egg))
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup turbinado sugar
- ¼ cup dairy-free mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Line baking sheet with silicone mat or parchment paper.
- In medium bowl, combine oats, baking powder, salt, coconut flakes and flax.
- In separate bowl, combine egg or egg replacer, applesauce, coconut oil and turbinado sugar. Pour wet ingredients into dry and combine.
- Fold in chocolate chips and cranberries.
- Scoop batter onto baking sheet with mini ice cream scoop (about 2 Tbsp. per cookie).
- Bake 18-20 minutes until done.
