Taurine is also a potent antioxidant and antitoxin, and in these roles is particularly important to the liver and immune system. Taurine is also a "semi-essential" nutrient. Directions
As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 capsules two times daily between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
