Paleo Kiwi Sorbet
Have a cooling bowl of sorbet on a hot summer day and troubles seem to melt away. This paleo-friendly dessert is as easy to make as it is satisfying. The result is a refreshing treat that’s a little tart, a little sweet and a whole lot of creamy. Make it with just four ingredients.
Paleo Kiwi Sorbet
- 8 kiwis (peeled and sliced)
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. full fat coconut milk
- On flat tray, place prepared kiwis and freeze one hour.
- In food processor, combine frozen kiwi, honey, lemon juice and coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
