2 lbs boneless chicken
½ medium onion (thinly sliced)
1 (15 oz) can of fire roasted tomatoes
Directions
1. Place chicken in slow-cooker
2. Add onion, tomatoes, and Riega® Seasoning
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
4. Shred with a fork and enjoy!
