Air Fryer Custard Yogurt Toast
You KNOW we had to get in on that viral TikTok breakfast trend! Transform your kitchen into a classy café with this toasty morning treat. Easy to make, this recipe calls for less than 10 ingredients and takes minutes to whip up. - 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 kiwi (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. blueberries
- 2 strawberries (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. slivered almonds
- Press down on the center of the bread to create a well for the custard.
- In bowl, whisk egg with Greek yogurt and honey.
- Spoon custard mixture onto bread. Top with fruit.
- Set air fryer to 370 degrees F. Cook for 5 minutes (or until custard sets in the middle).
- No air fryer? No problem! Bake at 350 degrees F for 5-7 minutes.
