Air Fryer Corn Ribs

This clever air fryer twist on corn on the cob delivers all the smoky, savory flavor of grilled corn — minus the grill. Seasoned generously with za’atar, smoked paprika and garlic, then finished with a warm drizzle of garlic butter, each rib is packed with bold, crave-worthy flavor in every crunchy bite. Serve ’em up as a crowd-pleasing appetizer, a standout BBQ side or a fun snack that’s just as satisfying as chips (but way more exciting). Bonus: They’re ready in under 30 minutes with no mess and no flames.

Air Fryer Corn Ribs
- 4 whole corn cobs (husks removed)
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. za’atar
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 3/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Parsley (chopped for garnish)
- Using a large, sharp knife cut ends off corn cobs so they’re flat.
- Standing each corn cob up on one end, carefully cut them in into quarters lengthwise.
- Add quartered corn cobs to large bowl and coat with extra virgin olive oil.
- Season with garlic powder, za’atar, smoked paprika and fine sea salt. Make sure to toss corn as you season to ensure they are evenly coated.
- Arrange seasoned corn cobs in single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry on high (approximately 375 degrees) 10-12 minutes.
- While corn is cooking, melt unsalted butter in small pan. Add garlic and simmer 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove corn ribs from air fryer and place in large bowl. Pour garlic butter over corn and toss to coat.
- Arrange on serving tray and garnish with parsley.
