- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup Sproud Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 scoop Nutiva Vanilla Plant Protein
- 1-1/2 tsp. Nutiva MCT Oil
- 1 tsp. Bob’s Red Mill Flax Meal
- 1/2 Tbsp. Nutiva Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Jem Raw Organic Almond Butter (or SunButter Sunflower Butter)
- 1 tsp. maple syrup (or raw honey)
- 1 tsp. pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp. sliced almonds
- 1/2 tsp. coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp. chia seeds
- 5 fresh raspberries
- In blender, combine all smoothie ingredients until creamy.
