Dear Friends, This is a granola made "special" by methods and practices worthy of an explanation. What makes it so special? The whole grain oats we use in this granola are gluten free. Of course, oats are a naturally gluten free grain, but unfortunately they can become contaminated with gluten without proper handling. By combining good old-fashioned attention to detail and some very sophisticated farming technology, we make sure our gluten free oats stay gluten free. For extra assurance of their purity, we test each and every batch in our quality control laboratory. And like all our gluten free products, this granola is processed and packaged in our 100% dedicated gluten free facility.


Eating a bowl of whole grain granola topped with milk is one of the easiest and tastiest ways to start your day with a whole grain breakfast. But that isn't the only way to enjoy granola. Dairy-Free Strawberries & Coconut Cream Parfait

I scream, you scream—but we don’t scream for ice cream. We scream for coconut cream! Rich and luscious, these coconut cream parfaits taste like sinful desserts, but they are full of good-for-you, body-loving ingredients. In the five layers, you’ll find gluten-free granola, whipped coconut cream, organic apple-strawberry sauce and fresh strawberries. Ready to fall in love with this healthy, delicious breakfast or snack? Scream it from the rooftops!

Strawberries & Coconut Cream Parfait in Glass with Granola |

Serves 2


1 cup fresh organic strawberries, sliced
2 pkgs. Santa Cruz Organic Apple Strawberry Sauce
1 pkg. So Delicious Culinary Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp. Nutiva Coconut Sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Apple Blueberry Granola


  1. To prep, refrigerate coconut milk for 8 hours. Freeze whisk or handheld mixer paddles.
  2. When ready, evenly divide granola and add to two small glass jars or cups.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cold coconut milk, vanilla and sugar for 3-5 minutes until thick and fluffy. Scoop out half of coconut milk and divide evenly between glass jars.
  4. Add one package of strawberry sauce to each jar and top with some sliced strawberries.
  5. Add remaining coconut cream to jars and follow with remaining strawberries.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
