The best parties need a few simple things - great friends, good stories and delicious food! And for me these three things always come together around a big bowl of delicious tortilla chips and homemade salsa. That's why we took so much care in making the perfect party chip!
We created these melt-in-your-mouth, thin and crispy tortilla chips using simple, traditional cooking methods and then added a flavorful blend of chia and quinoa. We also cut them a little bit bigger to hold extra quacamole, pico de gallo, queso or whatever your special part dip may be.
Of course, like all of our tortilla chips, they are certified organic, verified non-GMO, certified gluten free and peanut / tree nut free so it's easy to feel good serving them at any party.

Spiced Pumpkin Hummus
Dress your hummus up this Halloween season with a pumpkin-y twist! While this dip is undoubtedly delicious in its traditional form, there’s something about adding some fall flavor to make this snack a true crowd pleaser.
All you need is a food processor to make this simple one-step recipe. Combine pure pumpkin puree, tahini, cinnamon and classic hummus spices for a creamy spread you’ll definitely want to share at your next fall gathering. Serve this seasonal fan-favorite with beet chips, sweet potato chips and sliced veggies.
15.5-oz. can chickpeas
1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
3 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. Vitacost Organic Tahini
1 Tbp. water, or as needed
Juice from 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. Vitacost Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. chipotle powder
1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Parsley or cilantro
- In food processor, pulse ingredients until smooth. Scrape down sides as required. Adjust seasonings to taste. (Note: If hummus is too thick, add more water.)
- Spoon into serving bowl and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Garnish with pumpkin seeds, smoked paprika and chopped parsley or cilantro.
