Directions

Stovetop Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, add one cup of Queen Elephant Premium Organic Brown Jasmine Rice (Thai Hom Mali Brown Rice) to 2 cups water.
  2. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
  3. Lower heat and simmer for 17 minutes, stirring once.
  4. Remove from heat, let cool for 5 minutes, fluff rice and serve.

Turmeric Bone Broth Fried Rice

  • 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein™ Turmeric
  • 2 cups brown rice (cooked)
  • 1 cup frozen carrots and peas (cooked)
  • ½ white onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  1. In large pan on medium heat, heat avocado oil; add rice, carrots and peas, onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Stir in bone broth protein.
  2. Stir occasionally until onions become translucent (about 8 minutes).
