charcuterie board and beyond. In less than 10 minutes, you’ll be enjoying a unique and delicious artichoke hummus that’s incredibly smooth, flavorful and versatile. Serve it with
crackers, on top of toast or with any veggie you like.
Vegan Artichoke Hummus
- 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts
- ¾ cup tahini
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. pepper
- Combine all ingredients in food processor.
- Mix until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape the sides.
- Serve immediately.
Notes:
- You can use roasted or boiled fresh artichokes
