- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin purée
- 3 Tbsp. oat flour
- 1 Tbsp Codeage Multi Collagen Peptides + Allulose
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. almond milk
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. coconut oil melted
- Pinch sea salt
Optional toppings
- Coconut cream whipped
- Sprinkle pumpkin spice
- Nuts chopped and toasted

In large microwave-safe mug, add all ingredients and whisk with fork until smooth and evenly combined.

Microwave in 30 second bursts for 60-90. Edges should be set and center slightly moist and glossy. Avoid overcooking. If still runny, return to microwave for another 30 seconds.
