Mexican Black Beans & Rice
- 3 cups rice (cooked)
- 1-½ cups canned black beans (heated and drained)
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ? tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cumin
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- In bowl, stir together beans, rice and all remaining ingredients.
