Sleepy Hot Cocoa With Liquid Melatonin
- ½ tsp. Codeage Nanofood Liposomal Liquid Melatonin Ultra Sleep + Chocolate Smoothie
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (honey or sweetener of choice)
- 1-¼ cups milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp. semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract (or peppermint extract)
Optional
- Whipped topping of choice
- In small saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until just simmering.
- Whisk in cocoa powder, sweetener and salt. Add chocolate chips and melt, stirring.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla or peppermint extract and Codeage Liquid Melatonin.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or other flavorings.
- Pour into large mug. Top with whipped cream of choice.
