Super Easy Homemade Hummus
- 1 16 oz. can organic garbanzo beans
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ tbsp tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Bring the taste of the Mediterranean to your table with this 5-minute hummus dip! Drain chickpeas, set aside ¼ cup liquid. Combine all ingredients in food processor, add chickpea liquid. Blend for 3-5 minutes or until smooth. Serve as a dip with carrots, cucumber spears, pretzels or pita chips.
