Goya Organic Long Grain White Rice Description
Long grain organic white rice.
Cooking Measuring Chart
|Rice||1 cup||2 cups||3 cups|
|Water||2 cups||4 cups||6 cups|
|Salt||1/4 tsp.||1/2 tsp||3/4 tsp|
|Oil/Butter (optional)||1/2 tbsp.||1 tbsp.||1½ tbsp.|
Use the chart to measure out desirable serving amount. In heavy saucepan, add Goya rice, oil or butter, salt and water.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir once and cover tightly.
Cooking for about 30 min. or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Fluff with a fork and serve.
**If desired, for drier rice use 1/4 cup less water. For moister rice use 1/4 cup more water.
