Organic Pink Rice is elusively aromatic of cinnamon and cloves. This soft, supple and nutritionally dense rice is milled to retain 66% of its wholesome bran layer, which allows it to cook in only 20 minutes!
Directions
Combine 1-3/4 cups water, 1 cup rice and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for a few minutes. Fluff & serve. A rice cooker may be used with the same water-to-rice ratio. 1 cup raw rice yields 3 cups cooked rice.
