Gluten-Free Chocolate Protein Donuts
Donuts
- 2 eggs
- 3 scoops Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Protein Chocolate (about ½ cup)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Frosting
- ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. almond milk (or nut milk of choice)
- ¼ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease silicone donut pan.
- In large bowl, whisk eggs. Stir in remaining donut ingredients.
- Fill piping bag with batter.
- Squeeze batter into donut pan, filling to ¾ full.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean. Let cool completely.
- In small saucepan over low heat, melt together frosting ingredients. Remove from heat.
- Dip donuts into frosting.
