To Prepare: Add to boiling water, simmer, uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes. Be careful not to overcook. Drain and rinse with cold water. Serve hot or cold as recipe and weather dictate.
Serving Suggestion:

Add to a broth or shoyu sauce, kombu, and mirin, or dip in or drizzle with ponzu- both are traditional, delicious, and the most common ways to eat noodles in Japan.
