Kelapo Ghee (Clarified Butter) tastes like butter because it's made from real butter. Through the clarification process, water and milk solids are removed leaving a rich, golden butter that is lactose and casein free! Use it the same way you would traditional butter (cooking, baking, and sauteing).
Kelapo Ghee can be used as a replacement for butter and other oils, as well as a butter or margarine alternative for spreading on toast, topping popcorn, or other spreadable uses.
