Our Organic Peppercorn Black is derived from the fruit of the pepper plant known as Piper Nigrum. The tiny fruits grow on a climbing vine, in clusters like grapes. To ensure robust taste, our premium peppercorn are hand-picked when they are not quite ripe; when they boast the most firm notes of their irresistible flavors.
Directions
Grind our whole black peppercorns and add the freshly released flavor into any dish; you can be sure the dish will be delicious.
Add our black peppercorns last to dishes that take a long cooking time. Adding the black peppercorns near the end of the cooking process will ensure the excellent flavors are preserved as cooking too long reduces the flavor quality.
For pan-searing or grilling dishes, the black peppercorns can be added just prior to the cooking process.

Chicken, Mango & Bell Pepper Salad
Bursting with mouthwatering flavors and loaded with crunchy peppers and sweet mango, this salad is light, refreshing and loaded with nutrients. Grilled chicken provides a punch of savory protein to the tropical perfume of the mango, the spicy bite of peppers and red onion and the brightness of cilantro and balsamic glaze. It’s a quick, welcome and thoroughly refreshing way to eat the rainbow!
Chicken, Mango & Bell Pepper Salad
- 1 large mango
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup balsamic glaze
- 1/2 cup halved peanuts
- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
- Heat grill to 400 degrees F. Season chicken with salt and pepper evenly on both sides.
- Place chicken on grill and cook 6-8 minutes on one side with lid closed. Flip chicken and cook with lid closed another 6-8 minutes. (Note: Use meat thermometer to ensure that internal temperature of thickest part of chicken is 165 degrees F.)
- Remove chicken and rest 5-10 minutes, then slice into ¾-inch strips.
- Using mandolin or knife, thinly slice mango, peppers and onion.
- In bowl, toss together chicken, mango, peppers, onion and balsamic glaze.
- Sprinkle on cilantro and peanuts just prior to serving.
